Apex Divers, Inc. is a company formed by asset purchase of Rubicon Divers, LLC on December 19, 2012.
The roots of the company were formed with Acme Diving Service in 1994, and have continued through several purchases as Tiburon Divers and Rubicon Divers, from 2005 to 2012. The constant has been the current owner, Lawrence Sullivan, throughout all of these entities. Sullivan was the owner of Acme Diving, VP of the Tiburon/Rubicon Divers, and now once again he is the owner of Apex Divers.
The direct goal of Apex Divers, Inc. is to continue to supply a personal customer relationship while providing a safe and quality underwater service for all of our clients. Although we are a small company, our safety policies and procedures are equal to much larger companies.
